White Port

White Port is made from white grapes and in a wide variety of styles. Plain white Port is an excellent basis for a cocktail, while older white Port is best drunk chilled. There is a range of styles of white Port, from dry to very sweet. When white Port is aged in wood for a longer period of time, the colour darkens until it is finally hard to distinguish from normal Port.
White Port wine ranges from dry to very sweet. Delicious, both chilled and unchilled. Younger, white Ports also make an excellent match for a cocktail. The Reserva white Port has matured for longer on wood and is therefore darker in colour.
